Albert Cai　ㅣ　Chairman of the board, General Manager

Mr. Cai, born in November 1977, holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Hefei University of Technology. He founded Suzhou Harmontronics Electromechanical Co., Ltd. in 2007 and served as its General Manager. Since December 2017, he has held the positions of Chairman and General Manager of Suzhou Harmontronics Automation Technology Co., Ltd., taking overall charge of the company's operation and management.

Clare Hang　ㅣ　Director & Deputy General Manager

Mr. Hang, born in January 1986, holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation. He joined Harmontronics in 2009 and currently serves as Director, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Engineering Department.

Xing Li　ㅣ　Employee Representative Director

Mr. Li , male, born in October 1988, Chinese national with no permanent residence overseas. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Automation. He has been Senior Director of the Production Department of Suzhou Harmontronics Automation Technology Co., Ltd. since July 2024.

Bin Zhang　ㅣ　Director

Mr. Zhang, born in October 1971, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a CMBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has served as General Manager of Hangzhou Baocheng Hydraulic Drive & Control System Co., Ltd. and Baolitai Electro-hydraulic Drive Control Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. since December 2008. He has been a Director of Suzhou Harmontronics Automation Technology Co., Ltd. since November 2024.

Yan Li　ㅣ　Independent Director

Mr. Li, born in June 1960, is a member of the Communist Party of China, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He earned his Doctorate in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He has been a professor at the School of Mechanical and Precision Instrument Engineering, Xi'an University of Technology since June 1998, and served as Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university from December 2011 to August 2020. He has acted as Independent Director of Harmontronics since December 2023.

Mr. Li was selected for the National Hundred-Thousand-Talents Program in 1997 and awarded the Special Government Allowance from the State Council in 1998. He was honored as Shaanxi Provincial Distinguished Teacher in 2010, Shaanxi Provincial Model Teacher of Morality in 2013, and won the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award issued by the Ministry of Education in 2023.

Chow Jane　ㅣ　Independent Director

Mr. Zhou, male, born in May 1985, Chinese national with no permanent residence overseas. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance. He is a licensed CPA (US), CPA (Australia), Chartered Management Accountant, British Arbitrator and Practicing Lawyer of China. Currently, he works as a practicing lawyer at Beijing Tiantai Law Firm (Suzhou) and serves as Independent Director (Accounting Professional) of Harmontronics.

Halato Mar　ㅣ　Independent Director

Mr. Ma, born in September 1965, holds a bachelor’s degree from Shaanxi Institute of Machinery (now Xi'an University of Technology). He served as Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Xingjiexun Electrical Industrial Co., Ltd. from October 2000 to April 2007, and has been Chairman of Shenzhen Baoligen Precision Instruments Co., Ltd. since May 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Harmontronics since October 2025.

Sunny Wang　ㅣ　Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Wang, born in August 1989, holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Auditing. She joined the Company in June 2021 and now serves as Chief Financial Officer.
