For cold plates, CDUs, quick connectors and liquid-cooling lines, we provide precision tightening, servo press-fitting, automatic insertion and laser welding equipment with real-time torque/angle monitoring and FOD prevention, integrated with airtightness, water pressure and flow testing to ensure zero leakage.
Precision assembly and data communication connection automation for computing equipment.
For AI servers, GPU modules, backplanes and power modules, we provide automated connector insertion, automated harness assembly, and automated PCB fastening and stacking equipment, ensuring the consistency and reliability of high-density interconnects.
Automated production lines for high-speed connectors and optical modules.
Drawing on our accumulated automation expertise in data communication, we deliver integrated lines for high-speed connector pin insertion/fastening and optical module coupling/testing, supporting high-mix fast changeover.
Full-process inline inspection and digital traceability.
Integrated vision inspection, airtightness/oil-tightness testing, insulation withstand-voltage testing, and continuity and signal testing collect 100% of key characteristics inline and bind them to each product record. The system can interface with MES/digital twins to enable self-optimizing process parameters and closed-loop management of non-conforming products.
